A three-hour power outage in Pueblo is being blamed for a rollover crash that ejected a young girl.
Lights were out in downtown Pueblo for about three hours Sunday. Police say traffic lights weren't working at an intersection around midday when a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo hit a Chevrolet Blazer.
The Blazer rolled and landed upside down. A girl was ejected, and two other people in the Blazer had to be removed by rescuers. All the unnamed victims were taken to Parkview Medical Center, but their injuries were described as not serious.
The power outage also left a man trapped in a downtown elevator for about an hour.
A spokesman for Black Hills Energy says it's not clear what caused the power failure.
