Another postal worker in Pueblo is in hot water. Gil Trujillo has been indicted by a U.S. federal court for embezzlement of funds. That's according to Al Desarro, Public Information Officer for the Unites States Postal Service's western region.

According to Desarro, Trujillo has worked at the main post office in Pueblo for more than 25 years. Trujillo is currently on un-paid leave, until his charges are resolved in court.

In early 2010, three other postal workers in Pueblo were caught stealing money and gift cards from the mail. Jerardo Roberston and Nathan Valdez were fired and prosecuted. Dale Tafoya retired before the criminal investigation was launched, but he was also convicted in court.
