Big changes for the Professional Bull Riders in Pueblo. In 2008 the city gave the bull riders $7.7 million to move to Pueblo, as part of an incentive agreement. However, the PBR has struggled to meet its promise of employing 180 workers.

Now the bull riders are giving the city a refund. $500K in advertising on TV and online. Also, Pueblo will receive $1.1 million by taking over the bottom level of the bull rider's building on the riverwalk.

"We are going to continue to promote events in the city of Pueblo and do everything we can. We're a proud member of this community. It's an ongoing relationship that just got longer and we'll be here for a long time," said Sean Gleason, Chief Operating Officer for the PBR.

The PBR also extended their contract with the City of Pueblo by three years, keeping them in town through 2021.
