Each year RelocateAmerica researches, identifies and shares the best places to live in America and releases a top 100.
For 2011, the research and editorial team came up with a list of cities that are well positioned for economic recovery, already experiencing strong economic recovery or have proven overall economic stability.
Factors such as employment, education, community leadership and overall quality of life are strongly considered and all the data is examined to determine the Top 100.
In Colorado, the list includes Pueblo, Denver, Fort Collins and Boulder.
