Pueblo Crime Stoppers has increased the reward money for tips that lead to the arrest of graffiti vandals. The crime fighting organization will now offer up to $500 in reward money based on the severity of the graffiti.

On Tuesday, Pueblo Crime Stoppers kicked of its 2010 campaign called "Graffiti is cowardice." They're launching a radio, TV and billboard advertising campaign to catch so called "cowards" who spray-paint properties.

Pueblo police say if you see someone spray-painting graffiti in your neighborhood call 911, so officers can try to catch the suspects in the act. If you have additional information about a graffiti suspect call Pueblo Crime Stoppers.at 719-542-STOP (719-542-7867) or visit the Pueblo Crime Stoppers website.

If you're building or property has been tagged, you may be able to get help cleaning it by calling the Pueblo Graffiti Removal Hotline at 719-553-2501.
