The Pueblo city council should decide tonight--July 12, on whether to put two questions on the November ballot regarding medical marijuana centers. Right now there is a moratorium in place, which means medical marijuana dispensaries are not allowed to operate within city limits.

The first ballot question would ask voters if the city should prohibit medical marijuana centers within the city. The second ballot question would ask voters if the city should impose a 4.3% sales tax on medical marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at City Hall in Pueblo.
