Pueblo City Park rides to be free on August 29

The City of Pueblo will run the City Park Kiddie Rides for free on August 29, in honor of Pueblo's 140th birthday.
Free rides start at noon and go until 9 p.m. In addition to the free Kiddie rides, face painters and clowns will entertain the crowds during the Free Day.
The rides are located on the south east side of City Park, off Goodnight. The rides feature a kid-sized train that runs around a lake, a small roller coaster and a historic carousel featuring carved animals that are more than 100 years old.
