Pueblo Carl's Jr. closes because of bugs

Update: The restaurant reopened Wednesday afternoon.

PUEBLO -- The Pueblo City-County Health Department says that the Carl's Junior on Highway 50 in Pueblo closed - voluntarily - after a health inspector found a large amount of bugs in the building.

The manager voluntarily closed the business around noon on Tuesday.

They are doing a deep cleaning. The health department went back to the building to set traps in order to see if the bugs are still in the area.

We will continue to update this story as we learn more information.
