Pueblo car theft suspect injured during chase

We're getting a look at 21-year old Jorge Lopez tonight.

He's the man that officers say stole a Ford F-250 pickup at the Love's gas station Tuesday morning and led Colorado State Patrol and Pueblo Sheriff Deputies on a high-speed chase.

That chase ended in Walsenburg around 9am, but not before Lopez reached speeds of more than 140 mph along I-25, clipped a sheriff's car and ultimately crashing along the interstate.

Officers fired shots during the incident but it's not clear if that had anything to do with Lopez being transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

He now faces multiple charges including first degree assault, vehicular eluding and auto theft.
