Prosecutors review Colorado Springs middle school "sexting" case

Prosecutors say they are investigating a case where several middle school students in Colorado Springs distributed a text message photo of a nude 12-year-old girl.
El Paso District Attorney Dan May says he believes cases like the one his office received this week warrant counseling, not criminal charges.
Under state law, charges could lead to the students getting branded as sex offenders if convicted.
More than a dozen students at Skyview Middle School may have shared the nude picture among themselves.
