Private property allows bellringers downtown

The owner of the Wyndham Hotel and Orleans restaurant in downtown Colorado Springs is allowing Salvation Army bellringers to be on site. This gives the ringers a corner at Pikes Peak and Nevada that doesn't violate a new non-soliciting law. It is only a block down from their old location at Tejon and Pikes Peak.
