No new films opened this weekend, but there are plenty on the way in 2010.
Iron Man's after more box office gold come mMay. This time, it's Mickey Rourke trying to lay a whipping on Robert Downey Jr.
And fans will find out when "Sex and the City 2" also comes to theaters in May. If nothing else, it appears an exotic trip is in the offing for the female foursome.
"Toy Story 3" is also part of the sequels parade for 2010. This time, Woody, Buzz and the gang find out what life's like after Andy goes off to college.
The not so jolly green ogre returns for what's called "Forever After: The Final Chapter". He's the victim of a curse that's got far far away and its locals down, down in the dumps.
Not everything's a sequel in 2010, but Disney is putting a new twist on "Alice in Wonderland" thanks to the tandem of Johnny Depp and director Tim Burton.
"The Sorcerer's Apprentice" also gets a makeover courtesy of producer Jerry Bruckheimer. It was never like this for Mickey Mouse but then, he never worked with Nicolas Cage.
Matt Damon's on an adrenalin-fueled search for weapons of mass destruction in "Green Zone." This one reteams him with the director of the last two action packed Bourne films.
And Denzel Washington has a fight on his hands to hang on to the volume that holds those secrets in the post apocalyptic thriller "The Book of Eli."
That sends CIA operative Angelina Jolie on the run trying to prove she's not out to assassinate the president in "Salt". And yes, this one will be, wait for it, peppered with plenty of action.
