Presidential visit to AFA graduation to impact traffic

The Colorado Springs police department says the presidential visit to the Air Force Academy tomorrow could impact graduation traffic for Wasson and Dougherty High Schools.

Colorado Springs Police Department is advising travelers to expect significant road closures.

Please plan to leave early to insure you have plenty of time to arrive at your special event.

Police say they are attempting to do everything possible to minimize traffic delays and appreciate your understanding.

The Colorado State Patrol reminds people that they will not allow motorists to pull over onto the shoulders of I-25 to watch the Thunderbirds air show.
