PPCC instructor arrested on sex charges

A part-time instructor at Pikes Peak Community College has been arrested in Teller County, accused of assaulting two children.

Kenneth James Cox, 44, is being held on several charges including sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, aggravated incest, unlawful sexual contact, domestic violence and harrassment.

Cox is on paid administrative leave from PPCC pending the outcome of the investigation. He taught medical technician classes.
