Powerful storm hangs on with more snow and wind

The storm has already dropped 12 to 18" of snow on parts of El Paso county and it's not over yet. A Winter Storm Warning will be active until 11pm tonight for northern El Paso county for wind and an additional 2 to 3" of snow. East of I-25 the wind is still howling from 20 to 35 mph creating blowing snow and treacherous travel on the roads that are open. Snow will decrease after midnight as the storm slowly moves into Kansas.
