Power outage in Pueblo

Black Hills Energy says about 4,000 customers are being affected by a power outage in Pueblo. A fire at or near the substation downtown may be to blame, but crews are currently working to isolate the problem and fix it. News 5 viewers have reported traffic lights out along Santa Fe downtown and in other areas of the city. If you come across a darkened traffic light, please use caution and treat it as a 4-way stop.
