Some see a place to shop or get a bite to eat, while others eye the new retail development on North Nevada in Colorado Springs as a job opportunity. That's especially true right across the street at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
Close to 70% of students at U.C.C.S. also hold jobs. The schools campus is located at a prominent spot, but until now that location hasn't been close to many business centers.

"Having something so close has got to help," according to Student Employment Coordinator, Mark Hoffman, "Time management, time scheduling, convenience, for everybody."
