VATICAN CITY (AP) - In his Easter address, Pope Benedict is calling on Europeans to welcome refugees from North Africa. A crowd of more than 100,000 packed St. Peter's Square to hear the pope deliver the traditional "Urbi et Orbi" message from the adjoining basilica's central balcony. Benedict also prayed for diplomacy to prevail over warfare in Libya and for citizens of the Middle East to build a new society based on respect.
