DENVER (AP) - A nationally prominent polling institute will begin releasing regular surveys of Colorado public opinion starting this summer.
The Quinnipiac University Polling Institute is adding Colorado to its roster of swing states that it polls every six to eight weeks. The polls will be conducted by live telephone operators calling a mix of land lines and cellular phones.
Based in Connecticut, Quinnipiac regularly polls both nationwide, in the Northeast, and in the swing states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida and Virginia. It is adding Colorado and Iowa to its roster.
