Police surround barricaded person

Officers with the Colorado Springs Police Department have closed off a stretch of Boulder Street between Swope Avenue and Prairie Road after surrounding a home where a man is believed to have barricaded himself inside.

The home is located in the 400 block of Iowa Avenue.

Officers can be heard calling to the suspect on a bullhorn. He is apparently wanted on a domestic stalking case. Stay with News 5 and koaa.com for the latest on this developing story.
