DENVER (AP) - Police are renewing their plea for the public's help in finding a man who robbed at least 13 banks in Denver and Aurora.
The Denver Post reports the robber is described as a black man who is about 6-foot-4 and weighs about 250 pounds. Investigators have dubbed him the "Clearinghouse Bandit" because he enters the banks carrying a magazine or newspaper with the robbery note tucked inside.
Police say he has an accomplice who has been spotted at several of the robberies.
