Colorado Springs police say two armed robberies over the weekend may be related.
Police say two men in their 20s demanded money from a payday loan business on Saturday night, and when the clerk ran into a back office, one of the men fired a handgun into a glass barrier. It's not clear whether any money was taken.
About 30 minutes later, two men demanded money from an employee at a Chinese restaurant, and police say one of them was armed. Authorities say the men took the cash register after employees ran to the kitchen.
Nobody was reported injured. No arrests have been made.
