Police rule tackle football death an "accident"

The Pueblo Police Department has ruled the death of a 16-year old on Dec. 20, was a tragic accident.
Jayme McNamara collapsed while playing tackle football with friends at Drew Dix park. The coroner ruled the teen died from a torn aorta, as the result of significant chest trauma.
Police interviewed the other boys who were playing football and learned McNamara was tackled and someone landed on him. Police say no charges will be filed.
