Police name suspect in triple shooting

COLORADO SPRINGS - Colorado Springs police are still looking for the suspect in an eastside shooting that sent three people to the hospital.

According to police, 17-year-old Miguel Alvarado-Menchaca, shot three people inside a home on University Drive near Pikes Peak. A warrant has been issued for his arrest, but police are yet to catch him.

All three victims are recovering in local hospitals from non-life threatening injuries.

Meanwhile, neighbors in the area are still a little shaken up, particularly ones who saw and heard the whole thing happen.

"I just heard about 10 shots. i got the kids to the back room, then went out to look out the window and saw people running everywhere," said Felipe Manzanares who lives next door.

The shooting comes within a month of Manzanares moving in.

"It's pretty scary to hear that so close to the kids. Kinda want to move again," said Manzanares.

If you know anything about the shooting or where Miguel Alvarado-Menchaca is you're asked to the Colorado Springs Police
