Police file for additional charges in kidnapping case

Police tell News 5 that additional charges will be filed in the case of two girls who were kidnapped on the same day in Pueblo earlier this month.
Police say new charges were referred to the Pueblo District Attorney against Jose Garcia.
Garcia already faces two counts of kidnapping and one count of sexual assault by a person in a position of trust in connection with the kidnappings on January 20th.
We'll follow up with the DA Wednesday to get more information.
