Police believe '97 sex assault case has been solved

Colorado Springs police believe they have solved a sexual assault case that happened 15 years ago.
It started at a bar in Colorado Springs. A woman reported she had gotten a ride home. She said she was overpowered and assaulted when she refused to invite the man into her apartment.
This year evidence, including DNA samples were submitted into the FBI database. That lead to Atlantis Michaelson, now 41. He was found in a Federal Penitentiary in Virginia and is due to be released on the last day of December.
At that time he'll be brought back to Colorado to face charges here.
