Plea deal reached in Pueblo kidnapping and murder

A Colorado Springs man pleads guilty to murdering and kidnapping a man from Pueblo.
The 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday Xavier Rubalcaba-Lopez pleaded guilty to second degree murder and two counts of kidnapping.
He faces up to 96 years in prison when he's sentenced in May 16.
Rubalcaba-Lopez was arrested a year ago for the January homicide. Authorities say Rubalcaba-Lopez was robbed of heroin and cash and led a group of men to kidnap and kill 21-year-old Jeremy Naranjo.
Naranjo's body was found January 9 in a Colorado Springs neighborhood on Rim Ridge Court. Police say Naranjo's hands and legs were bound. He died of gunshot wounds.
