Pit Bull shot and killed

A Pit Bull was shot and killed outside a home in the Holland Park neighborhood of Colorado Springs this afternoon. A man reported the dog became aggressive and growled at him.
The dog apparently belonged to a neighbor. Officers from the Humane Society were called and so far the man who shot the dog faces no charges.
