DENVER (AP) - The United Express pilot accused of flying while drunk has turned himself in. The U.S. attorney's office in Denver said 32-year-old Aaron Jason Cope surrendered yesterday to U.S. Marshals in Norfolk, Va., where he lives. The indictment says the incident happened Dec. 8, 2009 on a flight from Austin to Denver.
Cope was serving as the co-pilot.
