Pike Peak area Red Cross responding to storm ravaged area

News First 5 has spoken with Jaice Murcia of the Pikes Peak Red Cross office following an announcement that the Red Cross office will be dispatching their ECRV (emergency communication response vehicle) to the region of the country that has been hard hit by Tornadoes over the last several days. Jaice stated that the two drivers who will operate the vehicle have been in Denver for the past couple days training for their mission.
The details of what they will be doing and where their operating area will be has not yet been determined as they are part of an over all Red Cross disaster deployment to the ravaged area.
