We are looking at a really nice Tuesday. We started with clear skies and will continue to see a lack of them through the afternoon. And with the lack of clouds - even in the higher elevations - we will be void of any rain through the day! So for the kids who aren't in school yet, they're probably getting their last hurray this afternoon!!!
Highs today will climb back to more seasonable averages staring this afternoon. This means we're out of the 70s from the past few days and climbing to mid 80s for Springs and low 90s for Pueblo.
Wednesday is going to be another nice afternoon with lots of sun and little rain, but by Wednesday Night the moisture will creep back in, leaving us with a stormy and cloudy Thursday. Thursday temps will drop slightly because of the rain/clouds, but they'll rebound quickly for Friday and the weekend.
The moisture will move out early Friday. As it does, the sun returns as temperatures climb. This will leave us with a really nice weekend; we'll be warm and sunny both Saturday and Sunday.
Enjoy the nice weather today... Meteorologist Valerie Abati.
