Peterson gate construction to cause traffic delays

Construction starts Wednesday on the north gate at Peterson AFB near Platte Avenue and Peterson Blvd, narrowing access to one lane in each direction.
Those who need to access Peterson AFB are encouraged to use the west and east gates during construction to minimize delays.
The project will improve the gate's infrastructure and security features and will last through mid-July.
