Pueblo police are investigating a deadly accident, near the Rawlings Library.

Investigators say a 50-year-old pedestrian was running across Abriendo Avenue, when they were struck by a Ford Ranger pick-up truck. Police say the pedestrian, who is not being identified, was mid-block and not in any crosswalk. They were transported to Parkview Hospital but did not survive.

The driver of the pick-up truck is identified as 28-year-old Timothy Presgraves. It is not clear yet if he will face any charges.
