Parole hearing for John Lennon's killer

ALDEN, NY (AP) - John Lennon's killer is up for parole again, and his hearing could be as soon as tomorrow. A spokeswoman for the New York Department of Corrections says Mark David Chapman will be interviewed by members of the parole board this week. A decision could come by the end of the week. Chapman was sentenced in 1981 to 20 years to life in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in Lennon's death. Chapman has been denied parole six times.
