SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - An island with killer views of San Francisco can be yours -- at a discount. Realtor Steven Higbee says the owner of Red Rock Island has lowered the price to a mere five million bucks. For that kind of money you get a view of the skyline, a secluded beach, great fishing but not much more. There are no buildings on the island. The new owner will have to get there by either boat or helicopter. The realtor says the current owner lowered the asking price from 22 mil earlier this year.
