Several states are watching Colorado's marijuana experiment and don't like what they see.
While pot shops in Colorado are doing brisk business, California leaders are skeptical about legalizing recreational pot.
Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California) said one of her concerns is the potential for pot-impaired drivers to take to the road.
Feinstein called the risk, "Very substantial."
Ohio Governor John Kasich said he's not for legalizing pot either.
Just this week, Governor John Hickenlooper addressed those concerns in Colorado by signing laws to keep marijuana out of the hands of children.
