The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating an industrial explosion in Pueblo that killed a man. The incident happened Wednesday afternoon at Western Metals Recycling, which leases land at the steel mill.

Ignacio Rendon-Cornelio, 30, was killed. The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office says it appears he was cutting into a pressurized tank, when it exploded. The victim, a Mexico native, was working as a contractor laborer out of Louisiana.
