Operation Paintbrush to spruce-up Pueblo homes Saturday

Volunteers will fan-out in Pueblo Saturday to paint the homes of selected low-income, elderly and disabled homeowners. Close to 250 volunteers will participate in this year's Operation Paintbrush, which will rehab close to two dozen home.

A volunteer kick-off breakfast at 7 am will fortify the volunteers for the day ahead. The teams will paint seven homes on the Eastside, one home in Belmont, three homes on the Southside, two homes on the Northside, and nine homes in Bessemer.
