One dead in Pueblo, officer involved

Pueblo Police have cordoned off a large area in the 2000 block of S. Pueblo Boulevard. Our crew on the scene confirms there is a dead body behind Toni and Joe's Pizza.
Police have confirmed an officer was involved and that one officer was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The Critical Incident Team has been called to investigate. That is standard procedure when an officer is involved in the death of a citizen.
