The skin cancer foundation is encouraging couples to take time this Valentine's Day to perform skin cancer checks on each other. According to a recent study, it seems a loving relationship could better catch a potential problem.
The study from Northwestern University found couples with close bonds are three times more likely to perform skin exams, because they are less self-conscious. Experts recommend partners check each other's scalp and back to catch problems you may not see yourself.
