Romney unveils economic plan ahead of Obama speech

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP ) - Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is calling for lowering the corporate tax rate and eliminating capital gains taxes for middle-class Americans. In a Tuesday opinion piece in USA Today, Romney gives 59 economic proposals to lift the struggling economy and create jobs. He'll talk about them later in the day at an appearance in Las Vegas.
