Old Pueblo Road to close for repairs

The railroad crossing on Old Pueblo Road east of I-25 in southern El Paso County will close for repairs Monday and will be closed for most of the week.
The Burlington Northern Railroad will repair the bridge, which is just east of I-25 and south of Hanover Road at the old PPIR exit.
The work will start Monday, May 3 and will take about four days to complete. Motorists should plan an alternate route.
