Colorado Springs Utilities has said an old pipe is to blame for the mater main break this morning in Manitou Springs. Around 125,000 gallons of water leaked out on to Manitou Avenue around 3 this morning. WOrk on the street could continue well into Monday and possibly Tuesday.
