Officer who sent email to Bruce disciplined

A Colorado Springs Police Detective has been disciplined for an email he sent to anti-tax activist Douglas Bruce.
The four word email said, "punched any reporters lately?" It's a reference to Bruce's 2008 incident when he was a state lawmaker and kicked, or tapped as Bruce says, a photographer who took a picture of him during a Legislative prayer.
Colorado Springs Police won't say what the discipline was, saying it's a personnel matter.
