The Broncos took Sports authority field Saturday today for their last appearance in front of fans this training camp.
And once Peyton Manning took the field, it was as if 2013 never ended. He led a 65-yard drive capped by a 17-yard touchdown, and Zac Dyssert finished 7-for-7, all in front of over 35-thousand fans.
"Oh, it's great to have all these people out here," said running back Ronnie Hillman. "We really appreciate it. We miss them during camp. Usually, there's thousands of them out there during practice, so it feels good to finally see them, and see the team spirit. It's great to see all these people out here."
The Broncos kickoff their first preseason game in a Super Bowl rematch, against the Seahawks, in Denver this Thursday night.
