Unlike the riots, tear gas, and police shooting rubber bullets at Occupy participants in Denver, the Occupy scene in Colorado Springs remains the same.

In Colorado Springs, it's day 31 of the movement and many, after coming back from Denver, are back out at Acacia Park. The tents are up and movement participants continue to wave their signs. It remains to be a peaceful protest.

On of the movement's participants talked about cooperation with local authorities and says,"It's been going pretty smooth and we hope to keep it going smooth. There's no reason to come in and send people home and not listen to their voice, and there's no reason, I don't think they wan to do that and we definitely don't want that," says Jon Martinez.

Several expressed they hope the movement continues to be peaceful in the Springs.
