Not his first time getting arrested

A court records search shows that kidnapping suspect Herbert Hudson just got out of prison on parole over the summer. Hudson was accused of killing his friend back in 2000 and burying the body.
He was convicted of Second Degree Murder, but his conviction was later overturned due to a technicality. Hudson pleaded guilty to manslaughter, claiming the killing was in self-defense. Because he had already served 10 years in prison, he was paroled.
