WASHINGTON (AP) - The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff says he hasn't seen any reports of civilian casualties as a result of the international military operation in Libya, despite claims to the contrary by Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi. Adm. Mike Mullen says Gadhafi has resorted to using human shields in an attempt to prevent further attacks. U.S. and British ships have fired more than 100 cruise missiles at Libyan radar systems, communications
centers and missile sites.
