Three siblings who were part of nation-wide manhunt and shoot-out in Colorado, won't face charges in Pueblo County. This morning prosecutors with the Pueblo County District Attorney's office decided not to file charges against the trio: Dylan, Lee Grace and Ryan Dougherty. The District Attorney's office didn't give a reason for not pursuing charges other than saying the suspects will face prosecution in Huerfano County.

Last week, the siblings were charged in Huerfano County with attempted second degree murder and first degree assault, along with 20 other charges.

The Dougherty gang were wanted by the FBI and lead authorities on a cross-country manhunt for more than a week. They were caught when a Pueblo County Sheriff's Deputy spotted them near Colorado City and followed them on I-25 to Walsenburg. The siblings are accused of firing shots at pursuing officers, before they crashed into a guardrail.

The siblings are also facing charges in Florida and Georgia.
