At a hearing Friday morning the Colorado Springs Liquor and Beer Licensing Board heard allegations against Club Shots, 3958 N. Academy Boulevard.

Alleged liquor violations included a change of manager without written notice to licensing authorities, failure to serve meals, permitting public consumption of marijuana, and permitting acts of disorderly conduct. The Liquor Board found that all of the allegations had merit and in fact did happen.

Club Shots' liquor license was then revoked permanently.

A fight broke out at Club Shots late last month as nearly 500 people left a concert. Four people were arrested, some were tased or pepper sprayed. It took about 30 officers to control the crowd. A week later the liquor license was temporarily revoked pending today's hearing.
